<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and safely feed the pressurized fluid to an actuator moving at high speed. SOLUTION: A sub tank 83 provided with a high pressure pump 85 to feed the pressurized fluid to a ram cylinder 55 provided on the side of a moving body having a punch 33 and a die 37 is provided on the side of the moving body, a main tank 71 provided with a low pressure circulating pump 73 is provided on the ground side, and the low pressure circulating pump 73 is connected to the sub tank 83 through a flexible pipe 79. The high pressure pump 85 is connected to the ram cylinder 55 through a high pressure hose 107. Thus, the pressurized fluid can be surely and safely fed to the ram cylinder 55 moving at high speed.</p> |
