PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for stopping a film door in a specified stopping position at low costs. SOLUTION: A driving side take-up shaft 3 is provided in the inner surface part of a ventilation port 19 formed in an air duct 12, a film door is arranged between a middle shaft and a follower side take-up shaft 25 and a mode switching damper 20 for switching a blow-off mode is provided. Each ventilation port is hermetically sealed by the exposed part of the film door 26 not taken up by the driving side and the follower side take-up shafts 23 and 25 or opened by an opening part 26c. Driving and follower pulleys 27 and 28 are respectively provided in the driving side and follower side take-up shafts 23 and 25 and these are linked for operations by a wire 29. A DC motor 31 for rotary-driving the driving side take-up shaft 23 is provided and a multi-rotational type potentiometer 33 for detecting the rotational angle of the driving side take-up shaft 23. An ECU controls the DC motor 31 based on the detection of the potentiometer 33.
