PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method in which a component having at least a piercing part in a double wall in a relatively inexpensive manner. SOLUTION: A component having a piercing part in a double wall, in particular, a cylindrical supporting eye is manufactured from a metallic tube section inserted in deformation dies based on the high internal pressure and deformation method. A dome-shaped branch part is manufactured in the tube section, and a dome cap 9 is folded back inward by a first corresponding holder 8 to support the dome to be formed during the deformation toward a second corresponding holder 15 to support the component on the side located opposite to the dome. The folding action is repeated until the dome cap 9 and a face 19 of the component 105 supported by the second corresponding holder 15 form a double metallic sheet layer 20, and the formed double metallic sheet layer 20 is detached and fed to a tool.
