<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the construction period for repairing an existing pipeline and to reduce the construction cost by supplying compressed air into lining material to press the lining material on the inner face of the existing pipe and thereafter supplying heated compressed air into the lining material to harden the lining material SOLUTION: The tip 1a of lining material 1 is blocked up by a stopper 22a having a pore and also compressed air is supplied from the other end 1b into the lining material 1. The lining material 1 is spread and pressed along the inner face 13a of an existing pipeline 13. After the lining material 1 is spread and pressed on the inner face 13a of the existing pipeline 13, a heater 22 provided on the way of an air supply pipe 20 is operated and the compressed air is changed over to the heated air sent from an air force-feeder 21, e.g. compressed air heated at 70-100 deg.C is supplied into the lining material 1. Thermosetting resin 4 in the lining material 1 is cured by the heated compressed air and the inner face 13a of the existing pipeline 13 is covered with the cured lining material 1.</p> |
