PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ionomer resin composition composed of anα-olefin/ unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, having excellent moldability and giving a molded article having sufficient flexibility and excellent toughness, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, oil resistance, etc. SOLUTION: This resin composition is composed of an ionomer resin composed of anα-olefin/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer and a (hydrogenated) block copolymer having hydroxyl group on the molecular chain terminal and containing at least one polymer block A composed of an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block B composed of a conjugated diene compound.
