摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and inexpensively obtain a composite material in which an aluminum-based composite material is well cast-in and which has high strength and excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. SOLUTION: An FRM consisting of an aluminum alloy as a matrix is used as a maternal 1 to be cast-in. An aluminum alloy layer which is a non-composite material 3 generated at the time of producing the FRM is made to remain at >=10μm thickness on the surface of the material 1 to be cast-in. The material 1 to be cast-in in this state is arranged in the cast-in position in a casting mold 6 and the molten aluminum alloy 5 is poured therein. The aluminum alloy layer of the non-composite material 3 on the surface of the material 1 to be cast-in is melted by the heat energy supplied from the molten metal 5, by which the oxidized film of the surface of the non-composite material 3 is destroyed and the liquid phase of the aluminum allay of the non-composite material 3 of the material 1 to be cast-in and the liquid of the poured aluminum allay are diffused to cast-in the material to be cast-in.
