PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating powder suppressed in the moisture-absorbing solidification, the volatilization and change of an ingredient, etc., on processing and storage, capable of sustaining the effect of a core substance and useful for foods, etc., by bringing the core substance solid at the ordinary temperature into contact with lipid particles having a melting point of a prescribed value or higher and subsequently coating the treated core substance under a specific condition. SOLUTION: This method for producing the coating power comprises making lipid particles (preferably having a particle diameter of 10-100μm) such as hardened rapeseed oil contact-adhere to a core substance (preferably temperature, such as a vitamin or a fish oil, and subsequently coating the treated core substance with melted oils and fats having a melting point of >=40 deg.C and containing a smelling substance (e.g. menthol). The fatty powdery material and the melted oils and fats are preferably in a total amount of 0.1-5 pts.wt. per pt.wt. of the core substance. |
