PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply tightly fastening force to a nut as weighted tightly fastening force by being substituted for the rotational angle of the nut, by utilizing such fact that there is difference between tightly fastening force applied by hands and tightly fastening force applied by using a tool, and recognizing the tightly fastening force applied by hands as a reference tightly fastening force. SOLUTION: An index 14 and a detecting scale 15 are adjacently arranged on the end surfaces of an inner ring 11 and a nut 13 for the purpose of rapidly visually observing relatively rotational angles. When the nut 13 cannot be rotated by hands, it is determined as a reference tightly fastening force, and weighted tightly fastening force is applied to the nut 13 by utilizing a regular tool such as an adjustable spanner and a spanner. The weighted tightly fastening force is applied to the nut 13 on the basis of the relatively rotational angles of the index 14 and the detecting scale 15. |
