PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a monitor device so as to be capable of enhancing (increasing) mechanical operation and, especially, the functional certainly of the protection of a human body. SOLUTION: A monitor device constituted so as to form a value containing the number-of-rotation value (nD/nA) of the actual value-number of rotations (nA) of a drive motor 2 and the actual value-number of rotations (nD) of a printing press 1 and to perform the triggering of a control step and/or error (obstruction) signal exerting effect on a drive part when there is the deviation of said value and a predetermined set value.
