摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hollow blade of a turbine engine which can bring about substantial particularity and improvement to obtain the blade having a mechanical characteristic under a service condition by a proper shape. SOLUTION: Machine work is performed by forging a primary part while arranging a spare of a material in local areas 14 and 15 of an inside surface of the casting skin, tail end journals 17 and 18 and a positioning hole 19. A diffusive barrier is accumulated by application of a mask, cutting by a specific tool, separation, accumulation of a coating, separation, preliminary baking processing, purification and an inspection, and the primary part is assembled, and diffusive welding is performed under balanced pressure, and cold separation of the primary part, a flow of a material placed as a spare on weld reinforcement 14 around a cavity of a blade, molding by a mechanical means to apply stress to the blade, expansion under pressurization to be taken out in succession to it and superplastic molding, are performed.
