PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely provide a coated metal plate having excellent design proper ties and functionality by giving the design properties to the metal plate covered with a fluororesin film without lowering the performance specific for the fluororesin film. SOLUTION: This coated metal plate comprises a clear-fluororesin film layer 4 laminated on a coating surface via a transparent adhesive layer 2, wherein the clear-fluororesin film is preferably any of tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoro- propylene copolymer resin and a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer resin having a thickness of 5 to 50μm.
