PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated steel pipe excellent in controlling property of adhesive force, having sufficient adhesive force in the aspect of impact resistance and corrosion resistance in screw cutting and capable of readily releasing coated resin layer by man power by bonding a polyolefin resin layer to a steel pipe with a specific adhesive layer. SOLUTION: This resin-coated steel pipe is obtained by bonding (A) a polyolefin resin layer comprising polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., through (C) an adhesive layer comprising ethylene-maleic anhydride-acrylic acid ester terpolymer composition (C1 ) [having 0.02-20wt.% maleic anhydride content and 3-40wt.% acrylic acid ester content and having 0.5-250g/10min melt index (MFR) at 190 deg.C under 2.06 load and polyethylene (C2 ) (e.g. having 0.1-50g/10min MFR) to (B) a steel pipe to which surface treatment such as chromate treatment or primer treatment may be practiced.
