摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure various intraocular substances effective for the diagnosis of disease by extracting optical information selectively from a cornea. SOLUTION: The optical axis 16 of an exciting optical system 12 crosses the optical axis 31 of a photodetecting optical system on a cornea 8 and the direction of the optical axis of the exciting optical system 12 is set so that an excitation light beam will not be admitted to a lens 6 via a pupil. The photodetecting optical system 30 has a one-dimensional solid image sensor 35 as photodetector and a slit 36 is arranged on the light incoming side of the one-dimensional solid image sensor 35 so that measuring light generated from the cornea 8 is admitted into the photodetector 35 distinguished from the measuring light generated from other eye ball parts. Thus, Raman scattering light and fluorescent light generated from the cornea 8 can be detected by an optoelectric transducer of the one-dimensional solid image sensor 35 on the optical axis 31 of the photodetecting optical system and intraocular substances can be obtained from a detection value thereof.
