PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce maintenance and preparation times and to lower a trouble ratio at a time of the high speed operation of a printing press by providing a receiving container receiving the liquid material scraped off from an ink roller by the contact of the ink roller with at least one part coming into contact with the ink roller. SOLUTION: An ink scraping off and removing device 4 equipped with a collection tray 5 removing the ink and water accumulated on an ink roller 3 is arranged in adjacent relation to the ink roller 3. The collection tray 5 is attached in a revolvable manner through a revolving shaft 6 and an ink wiping off or scraping off blade 7 is revolved in a contact or separation direction with respect to the ink roller 3. The ink on the ink roller 3 is scraped off by the ink wiping off or scraping off blade 7 but the ink on any ink roller of a printing unit 1 can be scraped off by the ink wiping off or scraping off blade 7. The blade 7 has an elastic part 12 composed of an elastic material.
