PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate high airtight and high heat insulating construction, to improve working efficiency, to reduce construction cost and to facilitate maintenance inspection of an arrangement member in the ceiling. SOLUTION: A foaming synthetic resin plate 11 is placed on a frame body 8a by fitting and fixing the lattice type frame body 8a between frame-worked frame members 2. An outside partition body 20 is formed by airtightly adhering an airtight tape 15 to a connecting part of the frame member 2 and the foaming synthetic resin plate 11 or a connecting part of the neighbouring foaming synthetic resin plates 11. The frame body 8a is installed on a lower surface of the frame member 2 framed in a lattice shape between the frame members 2 below the outside partition body 20. An inside partition body 21 is formed by installing a fire resistive material 18 and a ceiling plate 23 on a lower surface of the frame body 8a, and a ceiling structural body 5a is formed by a pair of the outside partition body 20 and the inside partition body 21. An electric wiring of a luminaire 24 and a duct for airconditioning are arranged between the outside partition body 20 and the inside partition body 21. Consequently, it is possible to easily maintain and inspect the electric wiring and the airconditioning duct between the outside partition body 20 and the inside partition body 21. |
