PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seasoning mixture uniformly dispersible in a frozen food without using a special apparatus. SOLUTION: This seasoning mixture for the frozen food industry comprises a dry mixture of a seasoning salt coated with a fat and further contains about 5-80wt.% special tacky agent. A sticking agent is selected from the group consisting of a natural starch, a yeast powder, a soybean powder, a maltodextrin and a skimmilk powder. The frozen product is mixed with the seasoning mixture in a dry state when adding a flavorous ingredient to a hydrous frozen food in the form of pieces. |
