PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce disturbance to a patient and to more quickly and efficiently extract a blood vessel at a low cost. SOLUTION: These method and device for identifying the blood vessel 7 to be taken out, incising 3 the body of the patient near the identified blood vessel 7 and taking out the blood vessel 7 form the body of the patient are to be presented. An optical incision device 10 is inserted to an incision 3 first and tissues are separated from the surface of the blood vessel 7 and optically incised by the optical incision device 10. Thereafter, the optical incision device 10 is pulled out of the body through the incision 3. An optical cut opening device is inserted to the incision 3, the incised tissues are separated from the surface of the blood vessel 7 and cut open and thus, a space is formed between the incised blood vessel 7 and the cut-open tissues. thereafter, the blood vessel 7 and a side branch 9 are incised, ligated and cut and the blood vessel 7 is taken out from the body through the incision 3. |
