PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp pack effectively performing promotion of blood circulation when applying to the scalp and exhibiting an excellent hair growing or hair nourishing effect. SOLUTION: This scalp pack is used to grow or nourish hair by coating or attaching to scalp and is composed of a liquid mixture, especially having a permissible viscosity range of 15×10<3> -100×10<3> centipoise, preferably 35×10<3> -38×10<3> centipoise, and is obtained by adding at least a capsicum tinctura and a peppermint extract as the medical effect components to e.g. a seaweed solution obtained by dissolving a seaweed in a prescribed solvent to make a liquid mixture having medium viscosity. Furthermore, the medical effect components, sodium chloride, a Swertia japonica extract, an aloe extract, a Betula tauschii extract, hinokitiol, a ginseng extract and a Spanish licorice extract powder can be added to the liquid mixture.
