PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable three-dimensional recognition of the expanse of an assembly of true current sources by a method wherein current sources estimated on a number of lattice points are used to express the expanse of the neighboring current sources in the perimeter thereof in a solid and the density of the current sources existing within the solid by a display concentration of the solid. SOLUTION: A current source estimating section 8, a solid conversion section 10 of a current source display section 9, a solid density calculating section 11 and an image processing section 12 are arranged in a software of an electric computer or the like. For example, tomographic images obtained by an X-ray CT unit or an MRI unit are stored into a magnetooptical disc 15 connected to the image processing section 12 and current sources estimated by a current source estimating section 8 are superimposed on the tomographic images to be shown on a color monitor 13 or printed out on a color printer 14. A positional relationship of a specimen M with respect to three-dimensional coordinates is measured to be stored. A microscopic magnetic field is measured in a diagnosing area of the specimen M by a multi-channel SQUID sensor 1 to perform an estimation processing of the current sources. |
