PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make ink particularly suitable for application by a transition of a pad, and more quickly produce it by making impact resistance of the ink and sticking of a mark and a surface sufficient for making a ball suitable for bending used in play. SOLUTION: A blending material of UV-curing ink to be used for printing of a golf ball 8 is mixed with an oligomer and a pigment after a photopolymerization initiator is dissolved in a diluent, and this mixture is put in a cup dispenser of a pad printer. An udercoat-applied but incomplete golf ball 8 has, for example, a core 10 and a durable cover layer 12 on which a dimple surface is arranged, and a mark 14 is printed on the cover lever 12 by a pad by UV- curing ink. When UV processing is performed under a condition sufficient for starting curing of the ink, after photopolymerization is started, hardening of the ink is completed in less than one second of for several seconds, and impact resistance of the ink and sticking of the mark 14 become sufficient for being used in playing golf. |
