SOLUTION: A speed estimating part 6 of a computer 5 detects a speed (v) of a piston in accordance with an output voltage (e) of an inverter and a drive power (i) detected by a voltage detecting device 3 and a current detecting device 4. A speed control part 8 controls the output voltage (e) of the inverter so that the detected speed (v) coincides with an instruction value vS delivered from a speed instructing part 7.
