PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method capable of producing a casting mold which substantially prevents the occurrence of elastically deformed parts in a resin sheet and eventually the occurrence of a casting defect according to the peeling of this resin sheet even when a pattern having intricate shapes is used. SOLUTION: This molding method is executed by pulling and deforming the resin sheet 10 for shape transfer toward the direction along with its sheet surface and sucking and tightly adhering the resin sheet 10 for transfer deformed by pulling in many suction holes 3 to the pattern 1 formed with these suction holes 3 on its front surface, thereby transferring the surface shapes of the pattern 1 to the resin sheet 10 for transfer. The occurrence of the elastically deformed parts in the resin sheet 10 for transfer when the surface shapes of the pattern 1 are transferred is substantially prevented by previously deforming the resin sheet 10 by pulling and eventually, the casting mold which substantially prevents the occurrence of the casting defect according to the peeling of the sheet is produced. |
