PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform continuous control comparable to the function of an ATC at a low cost. SOLUTION: An emergency information transmitting device is made up of ground devices, a power receiving device, and an on-vehicle device. The ground device receives inward track circuit current or the condition of indicating the presence or absence of the inward circuit current to turn its output ON when the inward track current exists. Then, after an elapse of a fixed time after the inward track circuit current is shut off, the output turns OFF, and when the inward track circuit current is left shut off, the output turns ON after maximum dropping time has elapsed. Sending current of an outward track circuit is controlled so as to turn ON and OFF by the output of the device. The power receiving device receives track circuit current. When it is detected that the track circuit current is shut off momentarily for specified time interval, the on-vehicle device recognizes that an emergency is generated on the ground. |
