PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the load of roller elements from being made unevenly distributed with the deformation of a paper roller support member by suitably slanting the load applied line on the roller element of a power roller support bearing. SOLUTION: The contact point 6a of an inner ring 3a and a ball 6 is far from the axis O2 of a power roller and the contact point 6b of an outer ring 3b and the ball 6 is near to the axis O2 and a load action lineβon the ball 6 is slanted for the axis O2 and the intersecting point e1 of the two lines is farther from the inner ring 3a than the outer ring supporting surface 5a of a trunnion 5. The load applied to the inner ring 3b by the pinching force of the power roller is transmitted to the outer ring 3b via the ball 6 along the action line B and reaches the trunnion 5, which results in apparently increasing a span for supporting both ends of the power roller support member.
