POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylene resin composition exhibiting high MFR and excellent strength and balanced among rigidity, heat-resistance and impact resistance (especially balanced between HDT and low-temperature impact resistance) caused by the fine distribution of rubber and uniform dispersion of talc while keeping the high crystallinity of the resin. SOLUTION: This resin composition is composed of 40-85wt.% of a polypropylene resin having an MFR of 100-1,000g/10min and an isotactic pentad fraction (P) of >=0.980, 50-10wt.% of a copolymer containing a unit composed of >10wt.% of ethylene and a>=3Cα-olefin and 3-25wt.% of talc. The MFR of the composition is >=25g/10min and the dispersion parameter (σ) of the talc is <=4.5.
