PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount an automotive belt line molding from below in such a way that the lower end of the downward flange of a door panel is covered by fitting a molding main body of a U-shaped cross section with the flashing of a glass panel, and providing a clip part which is held against a downward flange. SOLUTION: A molding main body 3, flashing 9, and an upper lip part 10 are molded integrally with one another by extrusion molding of a synthetic resin. A molding of a predetermined length is raised from below along the downward flange 7 of a door panel 6 so that the lower end of the lower flange 7 is inserted into a clearance between legs 4, 5. The lower end of the downward flange 7 is seated on a seat 11, and an engaging projection 13 is engaged with the projection 12 of the flange 7, so that the engaging projection 13 presses the downward flange 7 from one direction. A pressing part 14 presses the downward flange 7 from the other direction, so that the molding can be elastically and firmly held against the downward flange 7. |
