PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of cladding defect resulting from deterioration of surface condition of a clad sheet due to a releasing agent and gas generated from the releasing agent by adopting a talc powder for steel sheet releasing agent particle used for production of a clad steel sheet. SOLUTION: A releasing agent has a composition consisting of 15-25wt.% talc powder of <=15μm particle size subjected to 10560-1100 deg.C heating/dehydrating treatment, 0.2-1.0wt.% water-soluble resin as a binder and the balance water. When using the releasing agent the releasing agent S is coated in a thickness of 0.1-0.5mm on the peeling face of a clad sheet 10 of a stacked sheet between the clad sheet 10 and base sheet 11, after drying, this is assembled to a rolling stock of sandwich method or sacrifice sheet method, after this is hot rolled, a clad steel sheet is taken out. Because the talc powder is excellent in dispersibility and ductitity as compared with other releasing agent, work administration is easily controlled. |
