PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release a cushioning material from an intermediate mold by so constituting as to rotate a set pin for setting a backing sheet together with an upper mold, and previously releasing the pin from the sheet integrally molded with the cushioning material upon rotation of the upper mold after the cushioning material is molded. SOLUTION: An insert 30 is integrally disposed at a plate 22 for constituting an upper mold 18 of a foam mold. The insert 30 is molded at the side shape in an arrow state, and a set pin 26 for inserting and supporting the vicinity of the one end of a backing sheet 12 to be set to an intermediate mold 20 is disposed at the end. When the mold 18 is closed, the insert 30 is engaged with the insertion hole 20b formed at the mold 20, and the arrow part can be opposed in the foam molding area. After the foam molding, the mold 18 is rotated to release the pin 26 together with the mold 18 from the mold 20. |
