PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate conventional coating step, to obviate the coating irregularity in the case of coating, and to improve the durability of a sealed part by coating an intermediate layer with an outer rubber sheet itself having excellent water resistance and coating it by utilizing the laminating step. SOLUTION: The method for laminating a rubber sheet has the steps of sandwiching an unvulcanized intermediate sheet 22 which is heterogeneous from the outer rubber sheet between upper and lower unvulcanized outer rubber sheets 21, and integrating them by vulcanizing, and comprises the steps of molding the sheets 21 in wider width than that of the sheet 22, so superposing that both the edges of the sheets 21 protrude from the outside of the sheets 22, then continuously vulcanizing it, and in this case bringing the edges of the upper and lower sheets 21 into close contact by the deflection of the steel belt 12 of a continuous vulcanizing machine. |
