<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove effectively hydrogen sulfide as an acidic odorous component. SOLUTION: In the constitution of a device, fillers are provided in multiple stages in a deodorizing column main body 1 with an introduction opening 2 for odorous gas on its lower section and an exhaust opening 3 for treated gas on its upper section, a circulating tank 10 is provided on the lower section of the deodorizing column main body 1, and water spray sections 8 and 9 for circulating liquid fed from the circulating tank 10 by using a pump 11 are provided above the fillers in respective stages. In that case, a filter 4 on the upper stage placed on a support plate 5 is pumice containing eluting silica, while a filler 6 on the lower stage placed on a support plate 7 is a solidified filter medium composed of pumice powder containing the eluting silica component impregnated with elute of a soil formed body composed mainly of a rotten plant or the rotten plant itself.</p> |
