<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of being thinned. SOLUTION: A discharge electrode 1, a dust collecting filter 2 and a deodorizing filter 3 consisting of a conductive material are arranged along the current of the air to be cleaned from the upstream side toward the downstream side, a voltage is impressed between the discharge electrode 1 and deodorizing filter 3 to charge the dust particle between the discharge electrode 1 and deodorizing filter 3. Consequently, the conventional counter electrode is dispensed with, and the structure is made thin and compact.</p> |
