<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks, etc., from being generated on the whole layer even when waste substances are roughly dumped by a method wherein after concrete columns are stood on a site for scheduled construction at a set interval while projecting parts are left on the ground, the first-the third iron rod reinforced mortar layers are successively formed on the bottom face and the surroundings of the site for scheduled construction through water sealing layer. SOLUTION: When a waste substance receiving part 1 which is to be a final disposal site with a waste water cleaning facility communicating with a drainage channel is constructed, at first, concrete columns 5 are stood in a site for scheduled construction at a set interval while projecting parts 6 are left on the ground. Then, after iron rod reinforcements 9 are assembled on the bottom face and to a predetermined height of the surrounding soil wall faces 8 of the site for scheduled construction, mortar is sprayed so as to make the iron rod reinforcements 9 embedded and so as to coat the projecting parts 6 and to form the first iron rod reinforcement mortar layer 10. Then, the surface of this layer 10 is sprayed with a synthetic resin to form the first water sealing layer 11 and furthermore on this layer 11, the second iron rod reinforcement mortar layer 12, the second water shielding layer 13 and the third iron rod reinforcement 14 are successively formed and finally, a cement top coating 15 is applied on the wall faces of the surroundings to complete the construction.</p> |
