PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a marking ink compsn. which can provide a cured film having an afterglow property and scotopic visibility by incorporating a particular organopolysiloxane, an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, and a phosphorescent phosphor. SOLUTION: This marking ink compsn. comprises an organopolysiloxane (a) represented by formula I (wherein R represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group; and a is 1.98 to 2.01) and having two or more alkenyl groups and a viscosity of not less than 300cSt at 25 deg.C, an organopolysiloxane (b) comprising an SiO2 unit, an R'3 SiO1/2 unit, and an R<1> 2 R<2> SiO1/2 unit (wherein R<1> represents an alkyl group; and R<1> represents an alkenyl group) and having an alkenyl group content of 1 to 3wt.%, an organohydrogenpolysiloxane (c) represented by formula II (wherein R<3> represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group; (b) is 1.0 to 2.1; (c) is 0.5 to 1.0; and b+c=1.5 to 2.6) and having at least three Si-H bonds per molecule, and a phosphorescent phosphor (d) represented by MAl2 O4 (wherein M represents Ca, St, or Ba), and a platinum-base catalyst (e).
|
