MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED STEEL PLATE, LAMINATE STEEL PLATE AND SURFACE TREATING STEEL PLATE USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion property of a film after it is worked, by provid ing a surface treating steel plate having a specified value of specific surface area of chrome oxide on a top face as a base plate and laminating a plastic film on at least one face of the base plate. SOLUTION: A surface treating steel plate having 1.08-1.35 of specific surface area of chrome oxide on a top face is made to be a base plate. On at least one face of the base plate, a plastic film is laminated. The surface treating steel plate is manufactured in such a manner that a chrome oxide layer is formed on a steel plate and cleaned by water or warm water, and the value of the specific surface area of the chrome oxide is specified. Accordingly, the laminated steel plate is excellent in film adhesion property after it is worked and can be used for thinned deep draw cans whose working is strict.
