摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated electrode which is enhanced in creep rupture strength at a high temp. and is improved in toughness. SOLUTION: This electrode is formed by containing both or either of a steel; core wire and a coating material of specific weight % of C, Si, Mn, V, Nv, N, Cr, Ni, Mo, W, Cu and Ta, adding the coating material with ordinary metal carbonate, metal fluoride, arc stabilizer, slag forming agent, etc., and binder and coating the steel core wire with the coating material. As a result, the creep rupture strength is improved by the effects of the Cr, Mo, W, Ta, etc., and the formation of theδferrite in a weld metal is suppressed and the toughness is improved by the effect of the Cu, etc.
