PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hardening inorganic composition excellent in waterproof property by blending a SiO2 -Al2 O3 based reactive powdery material, an alkali metal hydroxide and/or an alkali metal silicate, water and an amorphous SiO2 powder having a specific relative surface area in each specific content. SOLUTION: This hardening inorganic composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. SiO2 -Al2 O3 -based reactive powdery material such as a fly ash containing >=80wt.% powdery material having <=20μm particle diameter, 0.2-450 pts.wt. alkali metal hydroxide such as KOH and/or alkali metal silicate expressed by the formula, M2 O.nSiO2 (M is K, Li, Na; n is 0.05-8), 10-1500 pts.wt. water and 1-300 pts.wt. amorphous SiO2 powder having 1-1000m<2> /g relative surface area, and further, as necessary, by adding and mixing approximately 0.01-10 pts.wt. hydrogen peroxide as an aqueous solution, approximately <=700 pts.wt. inorganic filler such as a silica powder having approximately 0.01μm-1mm mean particle diameter and <=10 pts.wt. reinforcing fibers. The inorganic hardened material excellent in waterproof property, is obtained by filling this inorganic composition into a prescribed mold and hardening at approximately 50-200 deg.C. |
