PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to reduce the manufacturing cost of a photoconductor by replaceably disposing the site of a mold for deciding the shape of a light emitting surface in response to the shape to be molded for a common mold. SOLUTION: The inverting fine pattern is formed at the mold side to form a fine pattern of a photoconductor 4. The fine pattern of the mold side is formed corresponding to the entire surface of the light emitting surface 4a of the photoconductor 4. The pattern is replaceably hold by a holding member 1c over the entire periphery at the flat plate-like pattern mold 1b at the common mold 1a of a first mold 1 by considering the miniaturization, the increase in the area of the photoconductor 4 and the dealing with the different pattern. That is, to form the fine pattern, the flat plate is used to provide high processability for the large area. |
