摘要 FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: there is proposed method of measurement of geometry of technological channels in which angle formed between axial lines of two mutually coupled inclinometers is assumed as zenith angle when calculating increments of deviations of axis of technological channels in each reference point. In device measuring geometry of technological channels transducer of zenith angle used to increase accuracy of measurements is made in the form of rigid rod made fast to case of first inclinometer in continuation of its axial line and passing through joint to case of second inclinometer. Value of lateral displacements of its free end relative to axial line of case of second inclinometer is recorded by means of linear displacement pickups. Case of second inclinometer is fitted with two meters of distance from axial line of case to walls of technological channel positioned on opposite ends of case. Each of them has four linear displacement pickups located over perimeter of case of inclinometer at equal distance from each other. Case of first inclinometer is equipped with one meter of distance from axial line of case to walls of technological channels. In this case all three meters of distance are equally distant from each other. Joint of transducer of zenith angle is at same time joint between two inclinometers and is located in plane of positioning of central meter of distance. EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements.
