摘要 FIELD: agricultural engineering; tomato, root and tuber harvesters. SUBSTANCE: harvester has frame, cutting device, elevator, mechanism for separating juicy fruits vegetables or roots and tubers from cut haulm. This mechanism has separating member installed after elevator, fruit separator which has at least one drum installed for rotation and provided with projecting pins on its cylindrical surface. Harvester has also separating device in form of dossor and brush, cross, longitudinal and discharge conveyors, pressing device in form of rigid material aprons with flexible lower part pointed towards drums. Pressing device is located over drum housings and is installed with clearance decreasing in direction from elevator. Clearance can be adjusted as necessary. Pressing device has plate curved towards drum and installed with minimum clearance between plate and drum housing, as compared with clearance between aprons and drums. Slotted plate of pressing device is hinge-mounted on frame and is spring-loaded at elevator side. Separating group of harvester is formed by dossor and brush. Intake portion of dossor is located under tail portion of elevator. Upper dossor tension mechanism is located farther under slot formed by extreme rod of elevator and member for separating to side from elevator. Tail portion of dossor is pointed towards brush rotating in opposite direction. Device for forced loading of separated products is installed in zone of pin dossor tensioning mechanism . Forced loading device is made in form of longitudinal conveyor with device for adjusting conveyor belt inclination relative to horizon. Initial portion of longitudinal conveyor at side of separating member is arranged lower than horizontal axis of conveyor and higher than pins of pin dossor. Fan is installed below longitudinal rod conveyor. Its suction line can be directed towards rod surface of cross conveyor, and discharge line, towards end portion of longitudinal conveyor. Pinned roll is installed between tail section of elevator and intake portion of pin dossor. Pins of roll get into pin spaces of pin dossor. EFFECT: increased capacity and reliability, improved quality of operation of separating groups.
