The apparatus manufactures globular or polygonal shaped particles from the mud. It comprises a pair of rollers(1a,1b) rotating in contact with each other and having a multiple of grooves(2,2',2") on the surface; push rods(4,4'4") passing through holes(3,3'3") formed on the bottom of the grooves; pressure setting spring(5,5',5") making one end of the push rod closely contact the bottom of the grooves, and the other end protruded into inner side of the rollers.
