FIELD: agricultural production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has bin connected with ozonization chamber and further with seed electrostimulator which is made in the form of tube with central potential electrode. Installed in ozonization chamber are perforated tubes connected with outlet of ozonizer, and also screen dividers, in which located are sources of ultraviolet radiation based on pulse discharge sliding along surface of dielectric. When seeds are moving through ozonization chamber, they are subjected to action of ozone and ultraviolet and this practically completely kills pathogenic microflora.
