FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine uses gravitation forces for its operation. Engine has wheel with variable volume chambers uniformly spaced over perimeter. Wheel is mounted on shaft installed horizontally in engine bed frame. Each chamber has weight providing change of chamber volume. In initial position chambers are half-filled with liquid. Inner spaces of diametrically opposite chambers are interconnected by pipes to exchange liquid. Weights operate in concord so that volume of chambers and consequently weight at one side of wheel from vertical axis of symmetry is airways smaller and weight at other side of wheel is always larger than the other. Chambers of larger volume and weight tend to move downwards pulling chambers of smaller volume and weight with them. Thanks to it chambers of smaller volume and weight, lifting up, will turn the wheel. With wheel turning, chambers move in turn to opposite side: larger volume and weight chamber over bottom of wheel and smaller volume and weight chambers, over top of wheel, their volumes and weights change into opposite values and process of wheel rotation continues. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. |
