FIELD: waste water purification. SUBSTANCE: one provides autonomous withdrawal of worked out water from hydrocarbon blend water-washing unit using this water to replenish vacuum pump water circuit instead of fresh softened water followed by orificing of water saturated with volatile impurities and butadiene into reduced-pressure gas space of apparatus. Slightly polluted worked out water from the above named unit, prior to be cleaned as part of combined waste water stream, is treated with butadiene vapor at pressure 1.1-1.3 atm after preliminary cooling to 15-22 C with subsequent degassing in the reduced-pressure zone. Stage of additionally treating water to remove volatile impurities is combined with compressing butadiene vapor. As a result, degree of removing volatile impurities from waste water is thrice increased, and drainage of waste water per 1 t of polymer is reduced by 0.48 cu.m. Simultaneously, live steam input for steaming worked out water is reduced by 0.5 Gcal per 1 t of polymer. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency of process. 1 dwg, 3 ex |
