DEVICE FOR MEASUREMENT OF LIQUID DENSITY

FIELD: testing technology. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoir for liquid to be tested with float placed inside it. Float has magnetic core located in field of electromagnet mounted under reservoir. Device is also provided with float position sensor and current source. Used as current source is current generator controlled by voltage and connected to electromagnet. Inductance sensor connected with motion converter is used as float position sensor. Reservoir for liquid to be tested is provided with thermostating jacket connected with thermostat whose temperature regulator, current generator, inductance sensor with motion converter and resistance thermometer are connected to computer by means of interface which includes decoder, registers controlled by decoder and connected with digital-to-analog converters whose outputs are connected to normalizing amplifiers and electronic commutator. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement; extended range of measurements and facilitated procedure of measurement.
