FIELD: building materials industry; production of shaped brick and brick with embossed face. SUBSTANCE: piece cob brick with a water content of 6 to 12% is produced, it is assembled in a panel of brick tightly laid one by one, the assembled panel is subjected to cutting by a form milling cutter or by a set of cutters, then the panel is disassembled into piece cob brick, and the latter is calcined. The finished product has a smooth surface. EFFECT: minimized expenditures connected with transition of production from one kind of brick to another one. 3 dwg |
