FIELD: physiological optics. SUBSTANCE: method involves using, as chemical cleaning substances, immobilized proteolytic enzymes and modified nucleases. In this case, bacterial proteases with activity 1290 to 150 proteolytic units in 1 ml, 3-6 g, and 1,4-polyalkylene oxide, 2-5 g, (water the rest) are first applied, whereupon solution of modified nucleases is used. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning operation and antiviral protection is provided. |
