Improved efficiency in erection of structure by accumulation and deep consolidation of deposited ground can be achieved by making rows of ground-accumulating components with coaxially located reinforcing rods. Rows are positioned horizontally and in staggered order in the form of triangular prism on reinforced ground base and are interconnected by rigid links. Inter-row space on pressure slope is made of stabilized hydraulically filled ground up to depth which exceeds level of wave action upon base ground. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 7 dwg
