FIELD: phase-failure and overcurrent protection of electric motors. SUBSTANCE: device has three peak transformers 1,2,3, loading resistor 4, rectifier 5, ripple capacitor 6, attenuator 7, threshold amplifier built around p-n-p transistor 8, resistor 9, light-emitting diode 10 labelled OVERLOAD, decoupling diode 11, time-setting circuit built around resistor 12 and time-setting capacitor 13, resistive divider built up of resistors 14, 15, emitter-coupled flip-flop having n-p-n transistors 16,17 and resistors 18,19, light-emitting diode 20 labelled NORMAL RUNNING, optocoupler 21, contacts 22,23,24,25, and coil 26 of magnetic starter, START button 27, STOP button 28, and electric motor 29. EFFECT: simplified design and enlarged functional capabilities due to introducing new functional parts and connecting secondary windings of peak transformers cumulatively interconnected in series directly to converting unit rectifier loaded into ripple capacitor. |
