FIELD: manufacture of difficultly combustible polymeric materials for electronic and domestic appliances, more particularly television equipment items. SUBSTANCE: composition of difficultly combustible polypropylene comprises non-stabilized polypropylene as substrate, talc as filter and antimony trioxide as synergist. The composition further comprises as antipyrene N-(2,4,6- tribromophenyl)--β--(bromonaphthylamine) (naphtham-04) and aluminium hydroxide and as stabilizer and cross- linking agent diallyl phthalate oligomers having molecular weight of 250-10,000, oleic acid or polymethyl siloxanes as internal lubricant, the content of component being as follows (wt%): 23.3-69.35 non-stabilized polypropylene; 10-20 talc; 2.5-6.5 antimony trioxide; 8- 20 naphtham-04; 10-26 aluminium hydroxide; 0.1-3.0 oleic acid 0.05-1.2 diallyl phthalate oligomers having molecular weight of 250-10,000. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition. |
