SUBSTANCE: butter churn includes base, reservoir with cover mounted on base; hollow cylinder is mounted vertically inside reservoir and its outer surface is secured in bottom of reservoir; device has motor mounted on base; drive shaft is mounted in bearings inside hollow cylinder and its lower end is articulated with shaft of motor; device is also provided with cross-piece secured on upper end of drive shaft and beaters made in form of rectangular plates whose end surfaces are secured on cross-piece. EFFECT: avoidance of penetration of dust formed due to interaction of friction parts of device. |
